For our final adventure in Trinidad & Tobago we ventured to Maracas Bay in Trinidad, which is appropriately dubbed the most beautiful beach in Trinidad, because it is absolutely gorgeous. The difference though between the beaches in Trinidad and the beaches in Tobago is every single beach in Tobago feels like a private beach, and they have hardly anyone on them but a few locals (if even any). Maracas Bay, however, (and all of Trini for that matter) is a little more touristy and leans towards a slightly city-like vibe vs. the country/village vibe that Tobago has, which I cherish so much. Still, both islands are substantially less overrun by manmade anything than here in America and I already miss living more harmoniously with the land, the way we did there. I can’t quite find the words to articulate the feelings I had yet, but they’ll manifest in the full recap post/vlog to come this Saturday.
Here, I’m wearing a full length lace coverup (which I don’t think is supposed to go all the way down to your ankles but I’m short), my Minimale Animale blush bikini, my Faryl Robin x Free People booties (these were a staple during the trip), and all the same Stunner Collective and Tobago jewelry I’ve been stacking since I arrived.23 awesome people like this post
