Tropical Safari.

IMG_7157This outfit was so comfortable to stroll around in! Remember when I was talking about the heat a few posts ago and then I said “sometimes all you want to do is slip a thin, loose tanktop on, some light shorts and slippers and call it a day.”? Well, this is pretty much it, but better. The natural colors of this outfit along with the hat and camera, are reminiscent of safari vibes to me, hence the title of this post!

This “Aubree Cut Out Tee” from Tobi in Olive is super lightweight, and has a flattering silhouette for all body types. It’s loose but drapes nicely so that when it falls it hits your hips in just the right way, and the sleeves allow for movement and breathability (you know I love my airflow) :) . The cut out in the front adds a bit of edge while making it fun to play around with necklaces to accent the shape. I paired it with simple white shorts and a thin, tan belt with a silver buckle to go along with the silver jewelry. To accessorize, I featured 3 Covet + Keep braille pieces; their “Miriam” necklace that reads “Never better”, their “Alexis” earrings that read “Take no shit + do no harm”, and their “Rosa” ring that reads “No shame + no regrets”. I stacked those with bracelets from Martine Ali, a dainty double choker necklace from Rose Gypsy, and my Q Jacqueline Hybrid Smartwatch from Fossil. All you need to do to dress up shorts and a tee, is to accent the look with some jewelry. I topped it all off with Alias Mae sandals and a hat and woven bag that I bought at Carbon Market in Cebu City, and I was ready for a full day of adventures. :)
